For those who love to cook, there is a large kitchen with two ovens, 3 sinks, large fridge, microwave and a breakfast area, and features a pass-through to a lovely formal dining area which seats 8. Large windows hand open to the views and to catch the gentle ocean breezes. There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a shared bathroom and access to a deck on this level.
Upstairs is a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, an en-suite bath with jetted tub, and a TV. Just off the bedroom is a sunroom with a queen-sized daybed, perfect for one or two children. A second king bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom is also on this level.
A huge deck wraps around 3 sides of the villa, part of it covered, with an open area for soaking up the sun’s rays. There is a large BBQ and plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying the spectacular sunrises and sunsets and for spying boats of every size and kind as they make their way through the harbor. Start your day on the deck, watching the multitude of colorful tropical birds that flock to the lawn to say good morning.
Las Breezes offers cool ceramic tile floors throughout, except for the two upstairs bedrooms which are carpeted, central air conditioning, plenty of ceiling fans, cable TV, wireless internet, phone lines, a maid service from 11 to 2pm Mon-Fri and even in-house massages at excellent prices. On-site caretakers are happy to assist you in planning your daily adventures, suggesting great restaurants and just making sure your Great Exuma vacation is exactly what you want it to be.
Waterfront & Nearby Activities
Your own private ½-mile long white sand beach on Hooper’s Bay is waiting for you just a 5-minute walk from the villa. For your convenience, there is an outdoor bathroom and a large covered patio with lounge chairs. Relax, catch some sun, enjoy a family picnic and a swim with the turtles. Our resident green turtles come looking for lunch and you and the kids will love feeding them. If you are very careful, you can coax them to eat right from your hand. Watch your fingers, though! You’ll be making wonderful family memories on one of the most child-safe beaches on the island.
Hooper’s Bay is ideal for most water activities: snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, wake boarding, wind surfing are a few, and of course, when the tide is low, you’ll want to take a long walk on the beach.
