“Spectacular Las Breezes”

Las Breezes is a beautiful, secluded and private villa that has all the modern amenities required. It is an elevated property that provides gorgeous 180 degree views of the ocean. There is a constant breeze so air conditioning is not required. It is there if you want it.

Peter & Rita Burrows are very gracious hosts. They are very accommodating and the nicest people you will meet on Exuma. You must take an ocean tour with Peter on his boat Exuma Cays Adventures. The island hopping and beaching will blow your mind. My wife and I have stayed here many times on our own and with our 3 adult sons. Check it out. You will not regret it.

 

“Totally Relaxing”

This is my second year staying at Las Breezes. The home is appointed with everything you could possibly need. The beautiful views from the wrap around deck and second floor bedrooms are some of the best in the island. Every morning I would wake up and walk to the beach and jump straight into the amazing blue water. Jog down the beach and take in the views.

Peter and his family are so nice and accommodating. Peter took us out spear fishing one day and managed to catch 5 large lobsters and a couple grouper. That night we had a BBQ on the beach and watched the sun set. Totally amazing! I have traveled quit extensively throughout the Caribbean and I have to say, for the price, what Exuma and Las Breezes has to offer you can’t find anything better.

“Exclusive Paradise Castle”

This is prabably the nicest home in Great Exuma, lavish, luxury, serentity.Your own private beach, tropical fruit grove, absolutly incredible veiws. And The landlord Peter & family are the nicest people in the bahamas.

I implore you to experience this amazing jewel of the Island.
I’m going back for more next week and staying for two weeks on this trip.

“Amazing Getaway”

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Las Breezes over the Christmas holiday in Dec 2014. We were a group of 10 adults + baby and were very comfortable with our stay. The house was very spacious and well maintained.

The property is well located. About a 10-15min drive from the Georgetown Airport and very close to groceries, restaurants, liquor store and the fish fry! It is situated on a lush and very private 7-acre land with its very own private beach (5min walk from the house). The house is set on higher ground that gives you a 360-degree view of the island. We spent many hours enjoying the breeze, view and gorgeous sunset on the wrap around deck. The beach worth mentioning, is one of the best we’ve seen- powder soft white sand and crystal clear waters! In comparison to other beaches we’ve been to: Cuba, Mexico, Nassau, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Bermuda and Hawaii.

Aside from the property, the added personal touches by the owner Peter and his lovely wife Rita, certainly added to the whole experience. They checked in often and even gave us delicious lobster salad and fish to enjoy. In addition to that, they were very attentive and responsive to requests and inquiries.

The owner Peter also runs a tour company called Exuma Cays Adventure and he gave my family and I a personalized excursion of the island where we visited many of its gorgeous cays. I have to say it was one of the most unique and best tours we’ve experienced- swimming with the pigs, iguana island, snorkelling with stingrays, the blue hole, etc. I would highly recommend using him on any future excursions.

Overall, we had a fantastic vacation with memories to last a lifetime. First class service and I would absolutely recommend booking Las Breezes on your next trip to Great Exuma!
